Tschika McBean

This session we will explore the relationship between the pursuit of justice and personal sacrifice. The teachings of the Baha’i Faith describes justice as the best beloved of all things, an incomparable light that establishes order in the world and promotes tranquility. However, the establishment of justice requires volition and action, which in many instances require personal sacrifices. Seemingly, there seems to be an undeniable link between justice and sacrifice. Moreover, throughout history, those who pursued justice practiced endless selflessness. Therefore, it is incumbent upon those who seek the appearance of unity among men to embrace the sacrifices that underpin its establishment. Tschika’s presentation will trace the work of key individuals in their pursuit of justice.
