Experience highlights of a three-year sustained partnership between youths and adults in DC and NJ. This partnership started over Zoom at the beginning of the pandemic and has taken many shapes: from teaching, game design, and website development (designing for equity), to indigenous language revitalization initiatives, youth cultural exchanges, and more recently, in-person STEM support. This session will explore how both groups have learned and grown from working more closely with each other.
